Each establishment featured within this prestigious list embodies the epitome of excellence, meticulously curated to satisfy even the most discerning palate. From sumptuous dishes crafted with precision to artisanal cocktails that enchant the senses, prepare to embark on a gastronomic journey like no other. 1. Visit the Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars voting page at exquisite-awards.com/bestrestaurantsandbars/vote.

2. Click the “VOTE NOW” button to access the voting platform.

3. Select your favourite restaurants or bars; you may vote for as many as you like.

4. After voting, you will be asked to register with your name, email address, and phone number.

5. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via Email to verify your vote. Each email address may only be used once.

6. Cast your vote for a chance to win one of three (3) exclusive prizes: a return Business Class ticket from Jakarta to Tokyo, a two-night stay at a luxurious hotel in Bali, or a fine dining experience for two at a refined restaurant.

7. Voting runs from 1 April to 15 May 2026. The top 10 most-voted restaurants and bars will be reviewed by a panel of esteemed judges: William Wongso, Maurizio Bombini, Rinrin Marinka, Devina Hermawan, Yuda Bustara, Lenny Marlina Tanu, Mirwansyah 'Bule', and Agung Satria Wibawa, who will evaluate based on food, ambience, wine selection, and service to determine the final ranking.

8. The Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars Awards 2026 will take place on 18 May 2026 at the Grand Ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
